This is a healthy dose of K2, Calcium, and D supported by pepper extract. The capsule is smaller than average which is welcome. Just be aware that the black pepper extract can be sensitive for some stomachs, so take with food.

I have been low in Vitamin D for years. These have the K for absorption in the exact amounts recommended to me. The pills are easy to swallow and I usually have issues with big pills. No complaints.
