These are not instant. It takes a couple of minutes for them to kick in. I took only 1 or 2 of them. They calm you down, which aids in falling asleep

Once I take these, in 10 minutes I feel that the stress of the day go away. About 5 minutes later i am out and I continue to sleep until I wake up refreshed and ready to go. These are great and allow me to stay in Ketosis immediately… I recommend!
