Slim Heat’s Return Policy applies to your purchase of any materials or products from the Slim Heat through the Website (collectively, the “Product”).
If you ordered an incorrect Product or need to return a Product for other reasons, you may return the product to the company for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery of the Product to you, subject to the following terms and conditions.
You must first contact Slim Heat by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone at 727-304-3315 to request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the shipping label of each box to be returned. Please be advised that any Product returned without an RMA number or returned beyond 30 days of delivery of the Product to you, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Products must be unopened in their original packaging to be accepted for return. If Slim Heat elects to accept the return of an opened Product (which it may decline in its sole discretion), such opened Products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Slim Heat does not reimburse shipping costs to return an item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Products must be returned and received by Slim Heat in the original condition. We will not accept Products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the Product well and consider insuring the package.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No returns/refunds/exchanges on discontinued items and clearance items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
All packages returned due to undeliverable address, refused by the customer or returned to sender are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a customer would like the order reshipped, they’ll be charged a reshipment fee.
If Products are originally purchased with a Gift Certificate Voucher, a Gift Certificate Voucher will be given as payment for return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Slim Heat’s Refund Policy only applies to products and does not apply to any memberships, registrations, subscriptions to online services and subscription boxes.
If you purchase a lifetime membership and have received a product with purchase, and then decide you would like a refund (within the allotted 30 days), you are entitled to a refund less the cost of the product, as determined by Slim Heat.
We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to Slim Heat customer care at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Slim Heat. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. This means that we will make every attempt to match the color and/or variant of the item we are replacing. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value or a credit on your account.
Slim Heat is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
Subscription boxes are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, replacement items will also be shipped directly to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, replacement items will be shipped to the giver’s address.
