Once your position is stable, keep your feet shoulders’ width apart and your toes inwards and joined. Do the same with your fingers. Once you are in a boat position, stretch and maintain the posture and hold for a good 5 minutes. It might seem painful from the beginning, but you will eventually get used to it. Do this for about 2-3 times a day and be amazed with wonderful results.
