Love it. My joints haven’t felt better. Someone suggested I take this. I started to take it. I really don’t know whether it’s coincidence or not, but my knee feels amazing! Really very good today. Months after, that is.
When I chose this awhile back I did have reduced blood pressure and like it. I had begun taking calcium too and my doctor was concerned about that saying magnesium could kill you, he did blood work to make sure my levels were ok and they had been. My doctor was okay with CoQ10. I ceased all supplements due to the consequences of my blood being thick and odd colour, but today I got my CoQ10 out again because my blood pressure is moving up slightly but nothing my doctor is talking about significant dose of blood pressure and I am not happy taking any meds not alone a higher dose. Anyhow my gel caps are sticking together so did a web search and found pinch of cornstarch takes care of that quickly so got them separated. I simply needed to put my hands in the cornstarch, then take the gel caps out of the jar on a paper towel, touching them with the cornstarch, then put them back and then shook the jar good. This occurs due to humidity and heat and thus don’t recommend buying online at the summer in warm areas why folks are getting a bottle together sticking together. I bought mine in January. In this web search I discovered that this really is a fat soluble meaning you need to take it with peanut butter or something that includes fat for the best absorption, so the directions says take with meals but does not say anything regarding fat soluble meals. I use to take it with milk some thing to take with meals and I am not prepared to eat fatty foods so I take it with milk.
This works. I’ve purchased a couple bottles and never had any problems like some reviewers appear to. The pills stick together a bit, however, most gel type pills do this. I just give the bottle a little shake and then soda pop one out on my hand. They seem to absorb just nice and for half the cost of some big brands, I will keep buying them.
Coenzyme Q10 is prescribed by many highly trained, board-certified cardiologists across this country, in addition to from Western Europe and Japan, in treating congestive heart failure. CoQ10 is essential for the health and normal operation of all human organs and tissues.
Usually, the total amount of CoQ10 within the heart muscle will be 10 times greater than in any other organ, but at congestive heart failure patients, the heart tissues are CoQ10-deficient, along with the heart literally is not strong enough to pump blood flow out of its chambers.
Clinical studies show that 87% of individuals with congestive heart failure and coronary artery cardiovascular disease enhanced after taking CoQ10 for six months, and for some, the tender, natural boost to their energy-starved hearts brought remarkable advancement.
It works well. While I take it along with my daily nutritional supplements, I detect very little or no muscle strain caused by one of my many meds I take regular to stay vertical and also to see my children graduate high school prior to leaving this world. . Quite excellent.
